Affiliates are responsible for:

• Ensuring the vending machine remains powered and operational at all times.

• Providing a safe and accessible environment for the vending machine.

PranaShake will provide initial setup and guidance but is not liable for disruptions caused by power outages, improper maintenance, or environmental factors.

4. Affiliate Partnerships

• Profit Sharing: Affiliates will receive 15% of profits generated by the vending machine. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, as agreed upon in the partnership contract.

• Ownership: The vending machine remains the property of PranaShake. Affiliates are not permitted to modify, relocate, or sell the vending machine without prior written consent.

• Termination: Affiliates may terminate the partnership under the following conditions:

  • If they are dissatisfied with the vending machine or its performance.

  • If they do not approve of the supplements provided.

  • If they change their mind or no longer wish to host the vending machine.

PranaShake will arrange for the vending machine to be removed at no cost to the affiliate. No penalties or fees will apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
PranaShake is committed to ensuring affiliate satisfaction. If an affiliate is dissatisfied with the vending machine or wishes to terminate the partnership for any reason, PranaShake will arrange for the vending machine to be removed at no cost to the affiliate. No penalties or fees will apply.

6. Data Collection

7. Limitation of Liability
PranaShake is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of this website or the vending machine. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring the vending machine is used in accordance with the guidelines provided.
